What's everybody been watching lately? Nex and I started up Cowboy Bebop, I think we're most of the way through it at this point.

It aged much better than I imagined it would. Certainly better than most. Probably going to watch Samurai Champloo when we finish it.

That actually does look interesting Meggo.

There's alot of anime I really need to get around watching. Number one on to-watch list is Dangan Ronpa, but I want to make Nex and Fonchan watch it with me, and Fon hasn't beaten the game yet despite my constant prodding.

I need more gun-porn anime like Black Lagoon and Hellsing.

Steins;Gate: "After discovering time travel, a university student and his colleagues must use their knowledge of it to stop an evil organization and their diabolical plans."

12 episodes of this is honestly just the main characters dicking around with time travel until something horrible happens causing the protagonist to spend the rest of anime trying to fix everything he fucked up. I really liked this one.

Mirai Nikki (Future Diary): "A young man competes with people around the world for a chance to become the successor of God, with a diary that is able to tell the future."

You'll either really like this one or be incredibly pissed off with it. I still don't know how I feel about it.

Baccano!: "A crazy fantasy caper involving alchemists, immortals, gangsters, outlaws and an elixir of immortality, spread over several decades."

Honestly, this is the best one on the list and a personal favorite of mine. Sadly, there's only 16 episodes.

I'd recommend pirating some currently-airing anime like:

Boku no Hero Academia: A powerless young student meets his heroic role model and is given super powers so that he can attend a school for upcoming superheros. I think it's pretty fun to watch.

Kiznaiver: A group of high school students are suddenly kidnapped and undergo a surgery that allows them to share each other's wounds and pain. This has just been awesome so far.

Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress: A wonderfully bloody and gory anime that is most definitely Attack on Titan except the titans are super zombies. It's great.

I have seen some stuff about Kiznaiver, I am intrigued and might actually go for that one next.

I may check it out, sounds interesting. Also sounds like its relatable to Ghost in a Shell type of anime. Am I close?

Minority Report is a great movie. But I would like to point out that in MR, it is determined through precog premonition visions of future that show a crime that will happen, while in PP, it is a calculation of someone's psychological mind and how likely they will commit a crime (not seeing what type of crime they would commit).
